Crew Leader / Foreman

YOUR NEXT ROLE
In this role you will:
- Lead a small crew, creating and promoting a positive team environment
- Interpret all orders initiated by the customer
- Plan and layout daily work for your crew. (Considering time required to complete work, clean-up time, equipment available, weather conditions, customer’s permission, etc.)
- Climb trees and operate a bucket for trimming and removals in and above the power lines, we are looking for a team player.
- Prepare, operate and maintain all tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.
- Safeguard employees and the public from hazards in and around the working area.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, you have:
- 3-5 years experience in Arboriculture in a lead role
- Degree not necessary, but a plus, education is important to us
- ISA, MCA, Pesticide, Hoisting License, CTSP preferred but will pay and train right candidate
- CDL Class B or A preferred but not required
- Pay based on experience
